Day 1: Arrive Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, you will meet RBR representative at airport with garland welcome & he will assist you to the hotel for smooth check in. after long journeys have hot shower & rest. If you have morning flight then you can visit historical monuments of Old Delhi. We give some details about monuments below.

Qutab Minaris a 73 meter high tower of victory which is built in 1193 by King Qutab ud-din Aibak after the defeat of Hindu Kingdom. It is believe that It was built with material obtained from demolishing 27 Hindu temples.

Humayun’s Tomb-is the one of the finest example of Mughal architecture in India.It was built in 1565 after the death of Humayun. Here garden is so beautiful & pathway. You will see many graves of the Mughal rulers.

Red Fort-was the royal residence for Mughal Emperors for more than 200 years. It has many palaces built by red stones & marble. Red fort walls built in 1638 by red stones are 33 meter high to design to keep out invaders.

After all these world’s famous sightseeing come back to the hotel & overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi to Leh (By Flight, Some of the Highest Airport at 11,500 Ft.)

Early morning board the flight to Leh, perhaps the most fascinating flight over Himalayas. Upon arrival in Leh, traditional welcome by our representative and transfer to a Ladakhi style hotel. Morning free to take a complete rest for acclimatization due to the high altitude of Leh (3505 m). In the afternoon visit the Leh Palace. It has nine storeys and was built by King Singe Namgyal in the 16th century. From here you enjoy the amazing & breathtaking view of whole Leh city. Later visit the Shanti Stupa (Japanese Pagoda) a magnificent white-domed structure, decorated with colourful paintings and enshrines large statues of Buddha, offers spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Evening visit the colorful Market of Leh. O/n in Hotel at Leh.

Day 3: Indus Valley sightseeing Ride

Morning after breakfast, proceed for a full day riding to the Indus valley, visiting Shey Palace – a the ruined Castle, after that visit the 14th century Thikse monastery, it is  an outstanding specimen of Ladakhi architecture. It is a glorious Buddhist monastery & a marvelous Buddha statue in the seated position is adorning the main prayer hall. Later visit the Hemis monastery- the richest monastery in Ladakh. In the last, visit the Royal Stok Palace & museum (Residence of the royal family of Ladakh). Later back to hotel for overnight.

Day 4: Leh to Nubra Valley Via Khardung La pass (World’s Highest Road) 120 Km (5 Hrs Ride)

After breakfast, ride (125km/ 5 hrs) to Nubra Valley Known as Ldumra (the valley of flowers). There is only one road to Nubra valley, journey to Nubra valley leads through the world’s Highest Motorable Road, Khardungla Pass which is at a height of 5606m. / 18380 ft. above sea level and around 39 kms from Leh. The views from the top are spectacular. After crossing the pass, you see the main villages of Nubra Valley like Khardung village, Khalsar and Deskit. On arrival in Deskit Village, check into the camp & relax. Overnight in Deskit.

Day 5: Nubra Valley sightseeing

After breakfast start excursion of the valley, to visit Deskit & Hundar gompa, passing through the white Sand Dunes, where you see double humped Bactrian camel once used by the local traders on the famous silk route. Later visit the Hundar, here you can see all the elements of nature – desert, snow, greenery and water. Evening back to Camp & relax or you can do leisure walks around the campsite. Don’t forget to join us on bonfire with drinks. Overnight stay in camp.

Day 6: Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake 180 Km (6-7 Hrs Ride)   Alt. 13,940 ft.

Morning after breakfast, ride to famous blue brackish Pangong Lake by crossing many eye catching views of villages below the pass. On arrival at Pangong Lake, check into the camp & relax. Later explore the Pangong Lake, where you feel close to nature and its beauty. Overnight at camp near to Pangong Lake.

Day 7: Pangong Lake to Leh 160 Km (6-7 Hrs Ride) Alt. 11,500 ft.

Morning after breakfast, ride back to Leh from Pangong Lake by crossing the worlds 3rd highest motorable road Changla Pass at height of 5320 Mtr. Enroute you see the many eye catching views of villages below the pass. On arrival at Leh city, check into the hotel & relax. Later we have dinner together in the finest restaurant of Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 8: Leh to Tso Moriri Lake 220 Km (7-8 Hrs Ride)   Alt. 14,840 ft.

After early breakfast, ride to Tso Moriri Lake. Tsomoriri Lake is a high altitude Lake in Ladakh. It is situated at a height of 4595 m above sea level. Enroute will stop at Chumtang, which is a hot spring in the village & our break for Tea/Coffee. We will stop to the lake before Tso Moriri Lake. It is also called "White Lake" because of the salt deposited around it- this is because there is no outlet from the lake, which makes the water brackish. On arrival in Tso Moriri, check into the camp & relax. Overnight in camp at Tso Moriri.

Day 9: Tso Moriri Lake to Tso Kar Lake 80 Km (3 ½ Hrs Ride)   Alt. 14,860 ft.

After early breakfast, ride towards Tso Kar Lake. Tso Kar Lake is a high altitude salt Lake in Ladakh. It is situated at a height of 4530 m above sea level. Enroute will stop at some place for your photography opportunity. Today we have short ride to Tso Kar Lake from Tso Moriri Lake. So you can have some short walk around camp. Overnight stay in Camp.

If everyone decide to ride towards Leh, we can ride to Leh as road is quite good after Tso Kar Lake.

Day 10: Tso Kar Lake to Leh 160 Km (5-6 Hrs Ride) Alt. 11,500 ft.

After breakfast start your Royal Enfield & ride towards World’s Second highest pass on Tanglang la pass at 17 582 Feet. We have photography at the pass. Later we ride towards Leh by passing some of the breathtaking villages & road in the mighty Himalayas in Leh & Ladakh region. On arrive at Leh, check into the hotel & relax. Later join us for Dinner in the resultant in the market area with drinks. Enjoy Himalayas Motorcycle Rides.

Day 11: Leh to Lamayuru Via Likir Monastery 127 Km (5-6 Hrs Ride)   Alt. 11,520 ft.

After early breakfast ride our Legendary Royal Enfield to Lamayuru (127 Km / about 5 hrs), enroute visit Spituk gompa, the name "Spituk", meaning exemplary. Spituk Gompa is beautifully located on a hilltop and provides a beautiful view of the Indus Valley & Leh Airport. Later ride for Likir Monastery. It contains the huge Buddha statue, museum & various old manuscripts. It also houses an interesting collection of thankas, old religious and domestic costumes and implements etc. Ride towards Lamayuru monastery- known to be the oldest monastery establishment in Ladakh. The monastery is made up of a number of shrines and also has a very rich collection of thankas and magnificent wall paintings. Overnight in guest house.

Day 12: Lamayuru to Leh Via Alchi Monastery 130 Km (5-6 Hrs Ride)   Alt. 11,500 ft.

After breakfast, ride towards to Alchi. Alchi village, situated on the bank of Indus River. The village is famous for the existence of one of the oldest monasteries in Ladakh (a national heritage) Alchi Monastery, mainly known for its magnificent and well-preserved 11th or 12th century wall paintings. Later ride back to Leh. Arrive in Leh and transfer to hotel for overnight.

Day 13: Leh to Delhi (By Flight)

Morning transfer to Leh airport to board most fascinating flight to Delhi over the heights of the great Himalayas in Ladakh region of India. Arrive Delhi & assistance on transfer to you for your hotel. We can visit more monuments in Delhi but temperature will be major obstacles as Delhi is quite hot in June, July & August as well if no rain.

Day 14: Departure

After breakfast you will be transferred to Delhi International Airport according to your flight timing. We hope you have great memories & lots of stories as well from the World’s Highest Rides in the Himalayas.

Weather/Temperature

Our most Himalayan tours start and end in New Delhi where the temperature can go up to 38-42°C in July/August & September with humidity.

Temperature also varies in Himalayas & low altitude can get up to 30°C. However, they can fall below freezing at high altitudes in the mornings and during the nights.

Health, Fitness & Hygiene

Please keep in mind that you need to be reasonably fit to participate in our tours.

IMPORTANT: Applicants are advised against participating in any Himalayan tours if they suffer from severe asthma, muscular disorders, respiratory or heart disorders, or any medical precondition which might be detrimental to the health of the participant on a tour which involves spending nights in high altitudes.

Please consult a doctor before booking a Himalayan tour specially High Himalayas over average riding on 4000 meters altitude.

Food & beverages
When travelling through India it is advised to carry your own drinking water that has been obtained from a reliable source (RO/UV water filter) or always drink branded mineral/packaged water.

Water for drinking, brushing teeth or making ice should first be boiled or otherwise always use packed water.

Hygiene
Popular tourist restaurants and hotels will have clean facilities for you to use.

Most of the places we have communications in terms of internet (Wi-Fi), & calling facilities but still there are many places with no communications in high Himalayas in remote region but no worries talk to us we have good stories to tell you about riding, India & share yours with us.

When travelling to India you will need the following documents:

Travelers should apply for a tourist e-visa before they visit India. Processing time is generally between 36-48 hours, you can apply for an e-Visa here. These are single/multiple entry visa’s that are valid for a 30/60-day stay.
